Roll out your mat and enjoy this complete beginner yoga flow. This class is perfect for anyone who is new to yoga or who is wanting to try it for the first time. In this 35-minute beginner class, I will take you through each pose step by step and guide you throughout the entire practice.

This complete beginner yoga flow is a gentle stretch. We will allow the body to move slowly, helping to bring movement to the joints and lightly stretch out the muscles. Great to do after work or start your day with a feel-good wiggle. In this sequence, we will start with restorative poses on the mat and build up to our standing mountain pose.

It is important to remember that yoga is not about what poses you can or cannot do. It’s about how you feel when you try them. Encourage yourself to pick up an activity that is healing for your body and your mind.

You will not be needing any props, just grab your mat, and some water. When your ready, I’ll see you on the mat.
