Welcome to your deep stretch yoga lower body class. This is Day 5 of the 7 Day All Levels Yoga Course. In this yoga flow, we will be staying on the mat throughout the entire flow and giving the muscles in our lower body a deep release.

This 30-minute deep stretch lower body yoga class is mainly focused on the hips, glutes, and hamstrings. I will guide you through some simple breathing exercises at the beginning of the class, followed by some restorative, seated stretches. We will slowly warm up the muscles before going into deep-releasing yoga poses, to help release tension and stiffness in the body.

This is a beginner-friendly yoga flow and is perfect for recovery or sore muscles, as well as improving your flexibility. This class invites you on the mat to go deeper and release tension and stiffness out of your muscles.

If you do feel any resistance, bring your attention to your breath, and breathe deeply into areas of discomfort. Remember to be kind to your body and never force anything. Just allow the muscles to slowly stretch and release.
