Welcome to this detox yoga flow for digestion. This yoga class is Day 7 from the free 7 day yoga course for all levels. In this yoga flow, we will be detoxifying our digestive systems through a series of twists.

When we do twists in yoga, we are gently compressing our digestive organs and placing them underweight which causes a lack of circulation. When we come out of our twists, fresh blood rushes to our digestive organs, which also brings fresh oxygen and nutrients. By incorporating twists into our yoga practice, will help to increase blood flow to the digestive organs, therefore increasing their ability to function, thus helping to detoxify our digestive systems.

This class is best practiced first thing in the morning or before you enjoy your meal. This will help to reduce the effect of bloating and feeling sluggish after you eat.

Enjoy this simple twisting and rejuvenating flow for all levels. I will be giving modifications throughout the flow so no matter if you are a beginner or well-practiced, you will get a great flow for this class.
