It helps to bring about positive and warm feelings into our everyday lives.

During this short meditation for beginners, we will focus on the sensation of our breath and bring awareness to the body.

I will introduce the below mantra for this quick meditation to help ground us in gratitude and re-focus our attention and energy:

“I am grateful for who I am and what I have”.
