Welcome to Day 1 of the 7 Day All Levels Yoga Course. We will begin with a full body gentle yoga flow everyone to enjoy. This course has different variations to suit different levels of yoga practice. Each day will have an individual theme, so you can get the most out of your yoga practice in 7 days.

To begin our course, we will start with a full gentle body flow, to get the body moving and warm up our muscles and loosen our joints. This 30-minute full-body flow is perfect for those who are new to yoga, as I offer beginner variations throughout the class. For those who are better practiced, you can take the advanced variations to suit your ability.

Challenge yourself by setting aside just 30-20 minutes a day to flow on the mat. Incorporating regular yoga practice into your everyday life will help to build up your strength, increase your flexibility and also focus your mind.

Take this time now for yourself to work on your body and your mind. You won’t need any props for this class, just grab your mat and your water.
