COVID-19 has brought around a lot of change to our day-to-day activities which can be unsettling for many. And although it is nearly two years later, we are all still feeling the effects.

This easy guided meditation is a great tool to help cope with any barriers you have experienced during the global pandemic. For the next 10 minutes, this meditation will help to ground and rebalance your mind while connecting you to the present moment. We will be focusing on the breath and using it as an anchor for your thoughts and focus. Our aim will be to use the breath to circulate positive feelings through our minds and bodies and learn to let go of anxiety, fear, and feelings that serve us no purpose.

We will practice becoming the watcher of our thoughts. To not judge them or to get consumed by them. Through this conscious action, it will help to internally combat feelings of anxiety and fear.
