I spent the first few chapters of my life in a big city. Lots of people rushing around, pollution, everything urgent, and I found myself looking for a change. I read books, went on courses, experienced different cultures and I gained a drastic change in mindset.

In the early years, yoga was always present but never at the forefront. As I experienced myself leaving the city it inspired and challenged me to reprioritise some major factors in my life. It became a lifestyle and introduced me to so many other practices that I am still learning today.

So I decided to embrace the change and transitioned my personal and professional life towards that of a Digital Yoga Teacher.

I immediately found myself feeling lighter and freer, in a way I never had before. It opened my world up to give back to those around me, in more meaningful ways. It has and always will be a privilege to grow and share my passion and experience with the world through Hello Spirit.

Covid-19 was the catalyst for Hello Spirit. My aim was to share tools that support physical, mental, and emotional health through practices like yoga with a friendly and encouraging approach. Wherever you are on your journey, our purpose is to help you cultivate positive habits that last a lifetime so you can enjoy a healthy and happy life.
