Welcome to Day 6 of the 7 Day All Levels Yoga Course. In this power yoga workout for strength, we will be working on our balance and stamina. If you do have a yoga block or book, then please use it for this class. However, if you don’t have one, I will be giving variations throughout, so need to worry!

This beginner-friendly class is designed to help you find balance and strength in your yoga practice. I will guide you through a sequence of asanas and movements that will challenge your balance and engage your core.

By regularly working on your core strength, you can improve your balance and coordination. Use this flow to explore your movement and grow your home practice. Find what feels GOOD. Focus your mind, restore health and balance to your body and spirit.

This power yoga workout for balance and strength is the perfect way to energize your entire body while also pushing your practice to new levels. Through this series of balancing postures and strength exercises, try to find some stillness with your mind and always bring your focus back to your breath. Be patient and kind with yourself and your practice will elevate to new levels.
