It’s time to roll out your mat and check this wakeup and go yoga workout I have in store for you!

This class is suitable for beginners and is quick and easy to do. All you need is 10 minutes for this wakeup and go yoga workout. For best results, do this class first thing in the morning to get your muscles moving and fully wake up your body!

We will sweat and tone throughout this class as we work through pilates and yoga-based movements. This short yoga workout will help define your abs, legs and arms.

This workout is easy to do at home and doesn’t take a lot of time. If you want to challenge yourself then do this class two or three times round!

All you need is 10 minutes to feel fab and get your body moving.

You will not need any props for this class. All you will need is your determination to do well, your mat and some water. Let’s do it together!
