Blissfully enjoy this Yin Yoga to relax your body and mind. This is a 20-minute yoga for stress relief that will help you release negative energy from your body.

During this class, we will be holding each yoga pose for 2 minutes. We will go deep into the lower body and release our myofascial in the glutes hips and hamstrings. We tend to hold a lot of negative energy in these areas of our body and this class will help you to release that trapped energy, and in turn help you let go of stress and anxiety relief.

This Yin Yoga to relax your body and mind will leave you feeling lighter and uplifted. Disconnect from the outside world, to re-connect with your inner being and let go of all that no longer serves you.
